Solo Art Exhibition- Ocean Grace
Presents the characteristics of the ocean, and the emotional power it brings.
As the student in IPTH-Art, I held solo exhibition as a display of the learning in art during college years.
Expression
I like the blue and the ocean, leading me into the unknown,
There will always be turbulence, the afraid of being lost in the darkness lasting.
There is always something flowing in the ocean,
Even if I fall into the deep, it let me stand;
I can spread my wings and fly with it above the storm,
Give me peace in the midst of chaos.
The invitation card, focus on the using of fonts and special layout.
"The Circle of Life", Conveying the common cycle of experience in life: suffering, destruction, reshaping, and rebirth, like a soil being shaped into a container.
Conclusion
The ocean is extremely critical but is often ignored. Beautiful, diverse, broad, deep, humble, tolerant, soft, powerful, calm, changeable..., it often brings people rich feelings: tranquility, comfort, embracement, awe, deepness, unknowable….
The ocean is people's common poetry, common talk, and common hope. I wish to bring visitors more awareness for the ocean, pay more attention to related conservation issues, and work together to protect the ocean.
