Use heuristic evaluation as the complete review framework of finding existing UI and flow problems.
combine with systematic co-examination, we can comprehensively identify existing service interface and interaction problems, their severity, reference examples and suggestions.

Comprehensive evaluation based on the problem‘s level, frequency, duration, and market impact as the reference for priority processing.
Takeaways
Need deeper understanding and practicing of the 10 guidelines of HE. Teammates usually have different understanding of the framework. It is important to sharpen the ability to categorize issues into corresponding guideline and sub criteria.

Transportation Safety Rating Website
A cross-collage labs collaboration project, aims to establish an information platform for transportation safety.
The platform for enter & view traffic behavior evaluation.
Aiming to log the results of traffic companies on this platform for view. Auditors can use this platform to enter evaluate score, and users can view results and various measurement indicators.
Build the clear user flows
This was the first time I have participated to the need to formulate a design with clear usage diversion, with different user flows and accessible modules.
